When I’m not in the studio, I’m with my husband (married since 2016) and our two Aussies, enjoying the outdoors, a good book, or a relaxing iced chai. Cancellation Policy
As a solo waxing specialist, I dedicate each appointment time just for you. To maintain fairness and reliability for all clients, this policy applies to missed appointments and same-day cancellations:
1. After the first occurrence: You’ll receive a friendly reminder, no additional fee.
2. After the second occurrence: A 25% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure any future appointments.
3. After the third occurrence: All future appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking.
I understand emergencies happen, and exceptions will always be considered on a case-by-case basis. Open communication is greatly appreciated and it allows me to continue offering consistent, quality care for all clients.
